Hurricane Helene Rebuilding and Recovery

Habitat for Humanity traditionally helps with urgent repairs, roof replacements, longer-term rehab projects, and permanent affordable housing for low-income families, including households displaced by disasters. Although Habitat for Humanity is not typically part of the first wave of life-saving emergency responders, we mobilize quickly to assess damage and prepare for rebuilding to help the most vulnerable families, seniors, and disabled individuals.
